Cool, so what exactly is the MSF? I saw that they are part of the Final Crusade on the Wiki, but that did not tell me a whole lot about them. Like what are their goals, and other stuff like that.
They are mercenaries who is fighting for whom is paid enough. Ex-special operatives and soldiers from all over the world. Prefering to use stealth and unmanned vehicles.
