why is it holding a hammer, the Hand of Nod from TD held a Globe
Yeah, i wonder the same thing, but i think that this is an "crossover" between RA1, RA2, RA3 and Tib. Dawn, so it could kinda make some sense, like Kane assassinated Stalin and started slowly changing communism into an Nod-like ideology but it got stuck somewhere between and for Allies/GDI i think they just merged against the common problem.
