Using this doctrine gives you access to two unique tesla weapons: the Stingray and the Molniya.
While Sea Scorpions were very effective anti-air warships, they were no match against other vessels due to the fact that flak weapons aren't the best choice against heavy armor. A new weapon was needed to counter this weakness. Instead, a totally new warship was made with this in mind, as well as heavy emphasis on speed - the Stingray. Unlike the Sea Scorpion, its not a gunboat but a speedboat. This design gives it tremendous maneuverability in the open seas. Of course since it was based on a civilian vessel, its not that heavily armored. It's main armament is an old-styled tesla dome once used on older models of the Tesla Tank. This weapon is omnidirectional, allowing it to fire at surface and aerial targets without facing it. The Stingray is also able to send out an electrical wave around itself for anti-submersible purposes, although this weapon can also be used on surface targets.
The Molniya (lightning) is the new 3rd-generation Tesla Trooper. Packing more armor than it's predecessor, these soldiers can easily stride into battle without slowing down. Their upgraded Tesla Gauntlets are also a force to be reckoned with, being able to shoot out a deadly Chain Lightning attack which will electrocute the first target and literally chain itself to any other nearby targets. The weapon is also capable of short circuiting electronics, allowing them to disable vehicles and powered structures while they deal damage to them.

As new generation of Tesla Trooper, I would more imagine the kind of Red Alert 3 version.
Making SHPs ain't easy y'know. I'll try to find a sprite closest to the RA3 version.
