Fix'd Lasher Tank image - Eternal Armageddon: The Devastation mod for C&C: Yuri's Revenge

Fix'd the bug where the RA2 light tank's barrel is making the Lasher look weird (that blue barrel thingy that is (or, in this picture, was) under the Lasher's barrel).
