use a thing called rain meter and the task bar simply drag it up top
rainmeter is for skins like that and wait till i show you my log on screen ;)
and for the gdi stuff search up cool future skin
and u hav to seperatly code for the links and weather stuff according to your country and stuff

Excellent, just tell me. Mutants are good, neutral or evil? O_O I ask it because I'm curious because music for "victory" status after a mission.
hmmm , mutants shift go for the winning side or side that offers better deal i guess, so id say neutral more or less merc style but id say have equal hostility to both sides as both sides NOD and GDI messed round with their kind.
Ok, a new neutral music is required for their vitcory. u.u
