how to install it in which directory there is nothing in the readme

This is a public resource FOR MODDERS!
As indicated by the [Resource] tag in the beginning of the addon name.
There is NO way to "install" it!
this is not M1A1. It has commander scope on the left side of the turret. So it is M1A2
