Members - Cold War Scenario for Hearts of Iron 3 mod for Hearts of Iron III: Their Finest Hour

I didn't see any live Cold War Mods concerning Hearts of Iron out there, so I decided to create my own Cold War Mod. I actually started this Project quite some while ago, but just recently I started to work on it again more frequently. So thought, why not share it on Mod DB, since some of my Friends were excited to see the Mod as well. It's still in a early Stage though.
