Codename: Splinter is a free Enemy Territory modification that provides intensive stealth-multiplayer-action. In the 1940s German intelligence created a small project called "Codename: Splinter" which were single-operating stealth-agents. Those were used to infiltrate bases, steal information or just assassination-missions. Just with a knife, silenced pistol and a smoke grenade equipped they threatened their enemies all around the globe. Dark maps, sneaky action and the build-in paranoia are going to freak you!

Hi,

first I would like to thank ModDB for supporting any mod development. Keep going!

Codename: Splinter is a nearly total conversion of the free online multiplayer game Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. It provides intense sneak action divided into two classes:
The Axis "Codename: Splinter" Soldier and the Allied Special Force troopers. Both are equipped with different setups to have major differences between both classes.

Currently most of the code stuff is already done (first release features only), e.g. 3rd person to Splinters, different setups and other gameplay orientated stuff.
Alpha artwork/skins are also finished but need some re-work, I guess.

In fact, we are searching for some talented or amateur mappers who are capable of creating dark realistic maps for ET. We are especially interested in freelancing mappers who provide new scenarios to us. speaking of scenarios there is no limitation to the region unless you keep in the 1940s. So no new-future tokyo is needed. If you need further information about mapping stuff / objectives please contact me at
s33k@thes33k.de.

We are also searching for internal alpha testers, who have to provide some coolness because the development seems fast at the moment. So donĀ“t expect any all-done versions.

Thanks in advance.
