Description
Eastern Empire Tesla Troopers are the low-tech answer to any armored threat. Equipped with a protective rubberized suit to keep the user safe from potential discharges from misfires. Tesla Troopers may use their weapon to fry enemy forces, or overcharge Tesla Coils in order to increase their effectiveness or keep them online when base power is low.
