Here's the mod! YOU NEED OPENIV INSTALLED IN ORDER TO INSTALL THIS MOD! It is a development suite for games that use the Rockstar Advanced Game Engine, which includes Max Payne 3. I don't like the idea of installing another application to install a mod, but in this case I'm afraid it's necessary. Besides, it will allow you to install more mods easily in the future!
