use of the props:
the Props may be used in any map, and released with an Map or Mod, as long as credit has been given to Jlim and Richard_[UK]
as the textures are the cleaner versions, with most models only having a diffuse map, the textures may be edited in any way, including changing the diffuse and making it dirtier, or creating normal and specular maps.
the mtl files may also be changed.

Installation guide:
Go to your Crysis game folder -> Electronic Arts -> Crytek -> Crysis -> Game.
Open the downloaded file
Copy the z_cityprops*.pak file, the downloaded folder contains, into the current game folder (Game).
If you would like access to the textures, you need to rename the z_CityProps.pak file to z_CityProps.rar or .zip, so that you can extract the textures folder from it
