These are great.
Only 2 things: from this angle it looks like the big rectangle gap things are misaligned on either side and the orange in the doorway looks entirely out of place
the orange doorway is just a placeholder texture. its common for mappers to use dev textures til they're ready to actually texture it and align it.

It looks like the buildings in the flashback chapter where you have to hold out with that injured sniper dude from an onslaught of enemies. Regardless, Its got great geometry and looks very nice.
