The earth is now near the total destruction but the humans will not give up. Now is the time for te biggest fight for freedom. And you are in the middle of it and you fight against the Combine! This mod is about a group of rebels in a cut off area of a combine city. People from this area are slowly getting taken to a combine factory to work as slaves. Until there are only two left, these two have been warned and are now have to do something...

Im not sure what he means by personality, but it does need more complexity. The windows/details/geometry is just stacked one above the other. If it was mixed around many other buildings it would probably not be noticeable. However, since it seems like a standalone building, I'd say add mroe complexity to it. For instance, break parts of the building off, have some fire coming out of some of the windows, etc.
