Here I am again with my second blog post.

I recently got the indie game Zeno Clash off of steam. Well, I preordered it when it was 50% off and waited a month for it to come out. Anyway, I was really impressed with it. Before it came out I thought it was going to be a fantasy style, objective based, free-roam game. I was wrong. Even still, the game kicks ass. Literally. It's a brawler game with very deep combat. It has very interesting and stunning visuals along with nice game flow. It's almost like an interactable movie because you'll have a cut-scene/movie that introduces the next brawl. The game play is very interesting. It has a lot of combat moves and even has a bunch of guns. This is the first brawler game I've played and its left a nice impression on me for all brawlers. I haven't gotten too far into the game yet but it's still amazing. I'm currently stuck on a part where you have to go up against three guys at once and they can pick up guns and shoot at you. Even though I'm stuck on a part, I would definitely recommend this game to anyone that's a fan of brawler and brawler-like games.

Since my last blog post, I've been working on my unannounced mod some more. But all that is going to have to stop for a little while. As of a few hours ago, I am an official member of the mod I applied for back around my first blog post, VAKinc: Testing Grounds! I'll be conjuring up some good stuff soon, so keep your eyes open.

The mod for HL2, Decadence, hasn't shown much life since release. I hope it didn't spontaneously die. That mod hasn't ever really shown much life to begin with. It is a really cool mod and I'd hate to see it die. If you have any news on why the mod is so slow please tell me. Anyway, once again, I don't know how often I will post blog entries but if I find time and I have something to talk about then I will.
