We want to introduce you mod to Mount and Blade Warband game. Action is set in realms known to you from Might and Magic series. We are going to provide you opportunity to become hero, join one of five factions and decide about fate of whole continent. You will take part in epic battles with creatures you know from Heroes games.

In version 0.5 player will be able to play as:
Human male
Human female
Lizardman
Gnoll
Skeleton
Undead
Dwarf
Goblin
We are thinking about adding ogre, but due his bigger size plaing as him may be hard.
Every race will have customizable face. Apart from choosing a race player may start a game as a knight(might), mage(magic) or hero(balanced). Every combination of race and class have custom starting equipment.

Very cool work! I don't think playing as ogres will be hard. They are only slightly bigger than the medium-sized humanoids. Titans on the other hand would be very hard. :D
I wonder why not elves, gremlins, troglodytes, minotaurs or even golems as playable races though?
Main source of a problem are game limitations. Warband engine supports only 16 races. This terrible design flaw has seriusly limited us. Our priority is to provide big variation in troop sizes. We implement difrent same sized troops as same race(ogres, minotaurs, devils and angles are all based on ogre). but with difrent equipment. But same trick won't work in SP beacuse player would be able to freely change armour. We curently have only two unused slots and we really want to make sure that we will use it as good as we can.
