There has been some balance issues with my mod regarding the CIS, so I decided to revamp the balance of the entire CIS faction.
Version 1.1.4 Changes:
Tempest's Supernova discharge split into two weapons.
Ground weapon damage: 45 (+4 per upgrade)
Air weapon damage: 35 (+3 per upgrade)
Sentry's base armor is now 0.
New Mirage graphic to avoid confusion with the Terran Wraith.
Bastion collision box changed to be comparable to the Ultralisk and Tempest.
Stats for CIS Structures has been changed, see it for yourself.
The Warhead Depot build time increased due to the Bastion's immense strength.
Fleet Control Quarters Hotkey is "F".
Future Institution Hotkey is "T".
New portraits for CIS, especially the Raptor (which UEDCommander criticized the old portrait).

Scarab damage upgrade tooltip fixed to display "+25 damage".

Reduced shields to 150.

Nightshade:

Raptor:
Increased ground damage to 9.

Health changed to 40/40. Kite with these units, or they will get destroyed!

Missile Barrage damage per missile reduced to 18 (+9 with upgrade)
Sight range increased to 9.
Nightshade Droid:
Health and shields reduced to 30/60.
Weapon range reduced to 6.

Trition:
Increased damage to 12x2 to counter the likes of Siege Tanks, Spider Droids and Scorpalisks.
Anaconda:
Health and shields changed to 120/60.
Damage increased to 12x2.
Range increased to 14.
Bastion:
Increased Health and shields to 400/300, becoming the strongest unit! Now is the time for zerg players to use Spawn Broodling on this monster!
Armor increased to 4.
Cost increased to 400/300.
Total scarab damage increased to 125.
Bonus scarab damage reduced to 25.
Weapon type changed to Ignore Armor.
Target acquisition range increased to 7.
Silencer:
This unit had a "gross misbalancing" because it's killing way too many workers quickly.
Drastically reduced it's ground attack to 12, because it's killing too many workers!
It's weapon type has been changed to normal to give an edge against ground units.
Ground weapon range decreased to 12. Beware of turrets!
Air weapon damage increased to 25. Air weapon type changed to concussive.
Air weapon splash increased to 25/35/50.
Warden:
These carriers weak health and shield cannot be costly enough. Decreased cost to 325/200.
Interceptor cost reduced to 20.
Interceptor damage reduced to 8.
Other races:
Zerg Scorpalisk:
Health increased to 160.
Weapon range increased to 10.
Terran Banshee:
Reworked attack.
