Omega(GDI)'s custom GUI does not work, but camera does.
Delta(NOD)'s GUI works, but camera does not.
Ipsilion(SCRIN)'s GUI does not work, and camera suffers from major problems.

I have re-installed, and nothing has changed.

you re-download again?.
Perhaps the "Installer" ".exe" be corrupt

try this version:
