Hey General, ever see a rapt- tier 2 GLA air unit... up close?

The spooky update, or something. Let's get started.

American Factions:

  • IR Smoke reload increased to 60 seconds
  • ELITE BULLDOZER HP reduced, from 450 to 400
  • Pathfinders no longer trigger Demo Traps
  • Replaced CIA Agents inside SWAT Vans with Police Officers
  • Replaced all Rangers from destroyed USA Buildings with Police Officers
  • Police Officers can deploy Sentry Guns
  • Added a terrible terrible Pillbox upgrade to important USA Structures; These include Superweapons and Strategy Centers. I'm sorry in advance

Armor General:

  • Wraith Tank HP reduced, from 780 to 500 [same as Crusaders now]
  • Mammoth Tank HP reduced, from 1500 to 900 [100 more than default Mammoth tanks]
  • Howitzer [the static defense with infinite range] BuildTime increased, from 30 to 50

Chinese Factions:

  • Defector code is deleted. DEAD. GONE. REMOVED.
  • Reworked Bunker armor to be less strong overall
  • Hopper Tanks can now benefit from EITHER types of nuclear locomotor upgrade and weapon upgrades
  • Uranium Shells properly applies +25% damage to Hopper Tanks
  • Hopper Tanks reworked into an upgrade
  • Hopper Tank upgrade costs $3,000 and takes 45 seconds to research
  • Upgrade adds 2 Hopper Tanks to Battlemasters, and 3 to Overlords
  • Chinese Sharpshooter price increased, from $1,000 to $1,200
  • Chinese Shardshooter BuildTime increased, from 24 to 26

China Infantry General:

  • Infantry release a Frenzy One cloud instead of Frenzy Three now

China Tank General:

  • Increased HP of Original Emperor Tank, from 1500 to 1900
  • War Miner HP reduced to something less of a meme

GLA Factions:

  • Balloon tanks are now susceptible to EMP attacks
  • Greatly increased the recoil when firing Mortar Marauders. Beware
  • Replaced the GLA Flak Station base defense with something more aesthetically pleasing
  • War Truck armor reduced. It's super small. -1-5% on any DamageType
  • Technicals [including Badgers] should now be better at firing on the move
  • Expanded Biplane voices
  • Added a couple new Quad Cannon voices for attacking air units
  • Added 1 new Quad Cannon creation voice with a 10% chance to play
  • Reworked Jarmen Kell's vehicle snipe ability and weapons
  • Vehicle Snipe ability changed to Vehicle Stun ability
  • Vehicle Stun ability lasts 20 seconds by default, and 25 seconds after KSVK Upgrade
  • Changed KSVK Upgrade to PTRS upgrade. Adds +5 seconds to stun duration
  • PTRS upgrade adds a ton of damage to infantry, allows Jarmen to shoot vehicles and adds his usual abilities
  • PTRS upgrade severely limits Jarmen's rate of fire!
  • DR. Thrax's Jarmen gets a VSS Rifle which doubles his fire rate, but restricts him to only attacking infantry

GLA Vanilla:

  • Added Gladiator Fighter Bomber as a Tier 2 air unit
  • It functions like the High Altitude Bomber
  • Gladiator Fighter Bomber is equipped with an auto-cannon for air combat
  • Fixed Skydiving Terrorists; they now correctly try to guide themselves to the target

GLA Demolition General:

  • Hellfire Attack Aircraft is now the Tier 2 air unit; stats unchanged

GLA Stealth General:

  • Decreased price and BuildTime of Demo Trap upgrades
  • Time reduced, from 10 seconds to 6
  • Price reduced, from $400 to $300
  • Added Advanced Biplane as Tier 2 air unit
  • It's slow and armed with rocket pods

GLA Salvage General:

  • Added Me262 Fighter as Tier 2 air unit
  • Me262 is extremely fast
  • Units will spray and pray bullets to try and shoot it down
  • Rockets will severely damage the Me262
  • Me262 can only attack other air units
  • Voices from Blitzkrieg Anthology

DR. THRAX:

  • Added Chemical Bomber as Tier 2 air unit
  • It's big
  • It's mean
  • It drops loads of anthrax
  • Chemical Bomber is armed with 2 small anti-air turrets; the rear turret is independent
  • Might be too strong, we'll see
  • Added anti-garrison shells to Chemical Mortars. Thanks Jundiyy
  • Allows Chemical Mortars to force infantry outside of bunkers, and units out of tunnels

GLA AIRFORCE CHANGES:

  • Reworked all GLA air units; separated planes into Tier 1 and Tier 2 units
  • Removed High Altitude Bomber from all factions; reworked into Tier 2 unit
  • Removed Hellfire Attack Aircraft from all factions; reworked into Tier 2 unit
  • Biplane anti-air weapon range reduced, from 480 to 420
  • Biplane grenade damage decreased, from 100 to 90
  • Dr. Thrax Biplane anti-air weapon damage decreased, from 25 to 15. Damage radius increased from 2 to 8 to compensate
  • Demo Biplane anti-air weapon damage decreased, from 30 to 20
  • Demo Biplane grenade damage decreased, from 150 to 110
  • All Biplane health reduced, from 400 to 350
  • Added a unique Tier 2 plane to each GLA faction. Information under their respective factions
  • All Tier 2 air units require a Palace [or Chemical Bunker]

Misc:

  • Nuclear Battlemasters can crush infantry again
  • Tank General's Main Battle Tanks can now benefit from the Rank-up ability
  • Updated Cargo Plane model from NPM
  • Reworked Oil Derricks; Initial Capture Bonus is $1,500 still. HP increased to 2200
  • "Helicopter landing on things and dealing damage" now deals GATTLING type damage instead of MELEE, meaning it will damage anything below it. Large airships still deal EXPLOSION damage, beware
  • Super Train Burton Plasma Bomb now has a 30 second reload period
  • Updated Particle Missile Launched sound with something from Rise of Nations

Horde Bonus now applies to the following units:

  • Basically everything China. Really, it's too much to list
  • Assault Troop Crawlers, Tiger Sharks, Battle Fortresses, Gattling APC's and Bezerk Conscript Launchers count towards BOTH vehicle and infantry horde types
