omg i know that truck! it creates a shockwave in C&C dunno which 1, probably red alert
and damages tanks and stuff, but it gets an overload and damages itself, half dm mesa thinks?

the mad truck is actually mad TANK and it doesn't get damaged it compeletly blows up
So it's the mad tank from Red alert + Aftermath (the original red alert + 2nd add-on)
