Each of the current versions for each Cartoon Platinum mod, currently have some kind of a problem in them, which constantly prevent or push me back from making a walkthrough for it.
I've noticed it several times.
In this version of the mod, if you try to enter the truck at the very end of a level, you may basically not have the level loading, because no matter how you jump inside it just doesn't load.
I also am clueless if the mod is is basically deliberate - the mod is filled with a lot of objects that are really not needed as they don't do anything with the mod - you could take them out.
That truck issue has been there since the map first appeared. You need to reload a save to fix the bug.
