In 2006, a B.D.T. production of a campaign for the original "Call of Duty" has stepped in, filled with promises and potential. When I first played this OMG project, I greatly enjoyed it. It covered the infamous Allied operation well, but I always felt like it could have been better. What I basically have in mind is to expand, enhance, and hope to fill the blanks that were left when the original B.D.T. team project came to a close.

Thanks! This isn't in-game visual enhancement yet though. I just took a screenshot and toyed around with it in GIMP.

I'm no mapper myself, but I know there are people who can take an old map and perhaps give it a face-lift.

Well, I tried putting the omg_pak0.pk3 in the uo folder, and while the maps do show and somewhat play, they are buggy as hell.

The mission gameplay scripts and dialogue scripts don't work right unless you are playing directly from the omg folder.

This is why these missions need tweaking and de-bugging if they are to be converted and modified for use with United Offensive, and in turn, be made useful for the United Fronts mod.

I am working on porting and fixing some of the better maps of the OMG mod (Son, Wolfheze, Johannahoeve, Oosterbeek, Withdrawal) and making them playable and also making 5 new maps for the UF mod.

Lastly for Oosterbeek Church, the map could have some better lighting, shading and ambient colors to resemble the morning of the retreat across the Rhine.

The original's light work semmed rather bland.
