Directx & Visual C Runtimes Redistributable Packages (required by many games) those are the ones i have installed, so if california megamod does not work try installing some or all of these runtimes. (C.M. may also require .Net Framework but this can be installed by windows update automatically and so you may already have it installed in your pc. if not the look in micorsoft website)
