its the UED Warp Anchor!
By the description, "Warp Anchor" I'm assuming this is meant to replace the current little light that pops down when a UED building starts construction.
I think a tiny bit of Team Color on this would be nice, for spectator purposes. So it's easier to see the difference in a UED vs UED fight who's building what where.
