Brutal Doom Extended Edition v18 was released today and here are some of the new features and changes the mod has for you!
- Only one file for all your needs!
The mod now features all the weapons in just one file. You can customize your own BDEE experience by enabling or disabling weapons as you like. A new dynamic weapon replacer is implemented so that disabling a weapon will not only remove it's spawns but also disable the possibility to get the weapon by cheats, for a more consistent and enjoyable experience!
- Updated "No Reloading System"
A new "disable reloading" system is implemented in the mod. Don't like reloading? Then no more magazines for you! Weapons work just as they did in the original Doom, so you can have a new Classic experience without worrying about reloading
- Assault Shotgun type selection
Select between the Black Drum Magazine ASG and the AA12 Classic Brutal Doom variant is now as easy as changing an option in the weapons menu!
- Updated and cleaner BD original Huds
BD original huds were updated to be fully compatible with this version of BDEE, the huds now also feature icons for powerups with timers
- Several other features and bug fixes!
