This mod doesn't seem to allow for reinforcements by air, there is twice as many random explosions, and the infantry have been robbed of their 4x trucks.
I see the AI uses BTR-60s and so on, but those are not priced in such a way that I can use them as infantry.
Overall, the game has had features robbed from it, and replaced with everything exploding all the time, so you can't take any objectives or hold any objectives.
this is the best mod ever. Its also very customizable!!!
