Brick It Brick It is a modification with the dedicated goal to create a Lego universe. Our universe should pick up as many different Lego elements as possible and unite them to a single unit. We want to combine a lot of various happy colors, animations, funny effects and lots more.

From what I can see you look like your pushing way to many polies when you dont have to.
You could always use a small alpha tested patch wit ha circle on it, hovered above a small hexagonal shape under it. That way you reduce the polycount while still keeping the visual effect your after.
Its created on the Crytek engine, an engine that can handle more polys than these mod developers could ever create. Models like this will always be thousands less polys than a real bridge in crysis.
Do not underestimate the engine, it will work, and this mod will be fab!
