Breakdown is a horror Half-Life 2 modification based in a fictional small town. You play the role of David Paige. For three days, you simply go through daily tasks; waking up, going to work, getting your groceries. You begin to notice small changes in you and your surroundings, and on the night of the third day, it all comes down. You realize that this could be because of the medical company that you helped. They were experimenting with new drugs and new forms of surgery. You were one of the participants. When you signed a contract with them, they offered you a house in the middle of a small, peaceful town. How could you have declined? Well, now you're sitting in a corner, wishing you hadn't signed a thing.
This is a concept of a song that could be added into the story. It's meant to be scary.
