The earth, now once again free, needs to rebuild but 4 leaders with different mentalities make the world fall into 4 different factions: Underground/Urban/Sky/Space. The game revolves around you picking a faction, and help your faction in the everlasting war.

I added this new health effect when you're damaged, it comes in four variations from slightly damaged to extremely damaged.
You will have to wait for the video about the new health system for a little longer. The programming takes up quite some time.
