Lords of Calradia aims to implement a population system of both horses and men to better balance out the game. The Player and AI lords will have to pull from these populations. This takes away the stack advantage that the AI had over the player.
This mod also includes many more features.
Diplomacy
You can have 3 children with your wife and they will join your party after a time.
New troop trees, mercenary camps.

I'm afraid I found a game ruining issue, and I fixed it, the problem is I'll have to update again.
When a village gets raided the recruitable pop is being reset to the base pop, this creates huge groups of levies and then you get huge enemy armies full of levies.
Your end games will not be very fun wfithout this fix so I updated it.

Fixed Sieges and added 8 more castle Scenes to increase variety.
Fixed Butter bug sorry my butterlords.
Added the ability to build a refuge go to your camp menu and select build refuge. This will give you some options to build yourself up so you can take a fief build a stronger army etc...
Added some items, sarranid faces, crusader faces etc..
I'm in the middle of a bunch of other changes but I thought I'd bring this update now to fix the the siege bug which has stopped a lot of you from playing. Have fun.

Fief Upgrades
There are upgrades to increase the rate at which horses breed in both towns and villages.
Upgrades to increase recruitable pop in both towns and villages.
Theaters to increase morale can be built in owned towns.
Prefectures can be built in villages that create and maintain patrols for the village.
Mines increase prosperity in villages.
Having a large recruitable pop now increases the Prosperity of the village.
Barracks/ Noble order
These stuctures allow you to customize and train bodyguard/noble troops.
Added a ton of items, I still need to implement a bunch of them.
Changed how sieges work,
A gate needs to be destroyed now instead of climbing the stinkin ladder.
I only have 3 siege scenes right now so be patient I'll add more, it might get kind of repetitve right now but I think the sieges are funner this way.
Much of the additions are a work in progress, I still need to add more thief options, castle/town siege scenes, troop types, and polish things.
OH and I almost forgot I added Diplomacy 4.3 which adds a ton of options!

I might start doing updates every two or three weeks instead of every week so you can have more time to playtest. There were just a few changes that I felt were needed right away. Thanks guys.
Fixed some bugs, added mercenary armies, made it so you can add horses and remove horses from stables. Added some dialog so your wife can join your party, I have not got around to testing it but hopefully it works smoothly.
Removed the cheat make a woman like you dialog.
Hopefully the guards will fight you when you try to escape. I wasn't able to find out why it only worked some of the time, I made some changes to it so hopefully its a little smoother.
Included Rubiks troop trees. You can now view troops trees in reports.

Features:
Population and horse system: Each Fief regenerates horses and recruitable pop. Only the owner of the fief can draw from this population. AI lords can also hire mercenaries from towns and can hire peasant volunteers if they don't own fiefs as can the Player.
Thief system: The player can sneak into enemy camps to steal from them. The higher the players subterfuge the harder it is for the guards to spot them. IMPORTANT NOTE: The camps guards vision is halved at night so it is much easier to rob during the night than at day. YET to be added: I still need to add an ability for AI lords to send out thieves and an ability for you to steal horses and add horses to any stables that you own, this should come in the next update.
Troop trees: Castles, Towns and villages have their own infantry troop trees. Castles and Towns share a Cav troop tree and villages have their own Scout troop tree.
Horses populate at 1/3 the rate of your men.
When you are captured in the wilderness you must escape no more auto escape.
This is the 0.1 version, many more things are going to be added.
