May 16, 2000, New Mexico Desert. At 9:47 AM, Mountain Time, a disaster of unknown type has occurred at the Black Mesa Research Facility causing significant damage and failure to various power and communication systems in the surrounding areas. An immediate evacuation order has been issued for all residents within a 75 mile radius of the facility, and on-site military has been dispatched to provide assistance.

Description
Based off the older model, this is a reworked version of the HECU M113 with its crew. More coming soon. Any advice is welcome in the comment section!

It's going to take a LOT to not get me to main HECU as a faction at this rate.
This looks more like a fusion between the AIFV and the M113 than a pure M113.
