Black ICE is a mod which aims to overhaul HOI IV in order to make a more immersive, historical, and challenging experience for the player. BICE HOI IV is a huge and expansive work. If you played HOI3 BICE you will know what you are in for. If not, be warned BICE is not for the faint hearted. BICE tends to frighten casual players and takes a very dedicated and demands a serious and mature strategy gamer's attention. To put it simply, BICE isn't for everyone. If you like high detail, complicated and multiple choices, options, and possibilities, BICE is for you.

I would give this a 10/10 as a HOI 4 mod when its done, I'll still do cause its awesome whats in there, however right now navies are entirely broken so its pretty lame..
Aka convoys keep your and the enemy fleets busy as neither side enganges so both just sit there and do nothing/are stuck..*yawns*
An incredible overhaul mod for HOI IV, substantially adding complexity, difficulty, and, in some areas, much needed depth.
Most certainly not for the faint of heart, not that HOI ever was.
I do have to knock a point for file hosting and increased micro in some areas, but if you've the patience, a very challenging and rewarding experience.

an excellent and very challenging mod! nothing like B.I for HOI 3, but that's just a development fault by paradox.

The greatest pitty to me is that you don't use the historical german flag but there are mods for that.
