If you want a random mod, this one is for you. We will add three factions: Bill, the IRS, and Ducofaust. Bill is the most random person in the world, but he will have great firepower at his disposal (hence the name Billiverse). The IRS is the premiere money-making faction. Ducofaust is a dictatorship that is war-mongering and wanting to take over the world (again). Yes, it has an interesting name, but it will have great gameplay when it's done! A tank that has three rods conjoining to a point
in front of the tank combine their power to form a
huge electrical bolt of lightning at the range of
artillery. The area affected by the shot will stay
electrified for about 10 sec, primarily working
like fire but shocks infantry and tanks. The
recharge rate is 40 sec for recruit, 32 for rank
1, 26 for rank 2, and 21 for rank 3.

no there wont be tracks. Since this isnt a heavyweight vehicle since it doesnt carry ammunition, its pretty light. But all the hardware underneath takes up a lot of space, hence the tires on the large base.
