Ghost's Balaclava image - Battlefield 4: The End of Modern Warfare for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
This mod is SpecOps's custom sequel to CoD4. The campaign is based on what happens to Captain Mac after the mission 'Heat' (see the description for more information on the campaign). The mod also supports 'Zombies' and 'Survival' gametypes. It is currently in Alpha (0.15) development and therefore the public download only includes the 'Survival' gametype. This is a non-profit and non-commercial mod.

I have seen a model of Ghost for MW1 in CoDFilefront; it was a skin for the brittish sniper in mp. Perhaps you could ask to the developer for his permission in order to include it in your mod.

Here is a skin for the brittish SAS in mp. It was made by Ze Limper. The sniper wears the mask of Ghost.

Also, this guy has released different versions of these skins with different camos, and in all of them, the sniper wears Ghost's mask.
There is another skin wich puts Ghost in MW1.

This one adds MW2 rangers in MW1, and it has also a model of Ghost, but I haven't downloaded it.
