The main feature will be a new event series which u can activate through a descision. This is just the beginning and i will add with every new update more and more events to it. The other 2 big changes are the portraits by GEORGI K ZHUKOV and a complete spanish translation by Anonimos09. Changelog: v0.25 Short Update GFX: -new portrait pictures by GEORGI K. Im using HOI4 Historical Flag Mod , HALO, And National Focus Project would any of these interfere with this mod?

Yes, only 3 till the end. Thats fair i think since it has too many problems and when they solved all they have endless manpower and ressources. Thats enough xD

Well i want to change all focus trees sooner or later so then this will be solved too. And china was in ww2 so far i know never technologicaly more advanced than others so i think its even fair when countries like bulgaria or so have at the end then 4.
Africa, i dont like france and england controll all itself. I created the colonies now to represent the independence movements better now too. But i will writte an article about it later :)
And when i see a mod which chances what i want i would join them, but i dont see. BlackIce change for me too much and i just want to add more events and countries and so.
