This is my second house mod. Its similar to Cave House 2.0 but there are many differences. You'll have your own trophy room, public bath, plenty of merchants, Npc's that train, sell spells, enchant and a couple offer travel service. There is a small quest to obtain the key for the rest of the house to wher all the goodies are. I am no scripter so the quest offers clues in order to search for the key. There is also a private ship that makes things a little more convenient...with a merchant and private cabin on board. The ship is a little further down the river. Have fun!

Description

This mod adds a cave house just out side of Balmora, located right next to the siltstrider. This house is fit for a king, lots of eye candy, new NPCs which can train and sell many items. Large display room with lots of storage containers, some goodies but not as much as Cave House. There is a recall ring to get you back home easily as well. There is no story around the house, but there is a small quest to obtain the key which unlocks the door to the private quarters. I am no scripter so the quest is a "search for clues" kind of mod.
