After nearly 5 years of brutal fighting between the European Union and the Russian Federation, a depression has gripped the Western World. The EU has been decimated and requires a huge amount of natural resources to rebuild their former glory. Scandinavia is the obvious solution being one of the last places in Europe capable of maintaining financial stability. Sweden and Norway agree to sign a alliance with the EU and form the SADC (Scandinavian Armed Defense Coalition).

As these are relatively modern, you might want to do a plant wall on one of the sides when it's done. Eco-friendly and looks good.
Yes, I wanted the different countries buildings to be a different style. Swedish buildings are modern/cyberpunkish buildings, Norwegian buildings are modern/present day Scandinavian buildings, Iceandic buildings will be industrial/modern style buildings and Greenland buildings will be a mixture of Icelandic and Norwegian buildings
As long as the T-85 tanks aren't running over the plants...
