This modification aims to add a new experience to Battlefield 2. By balancing arcade and realism, we hope to create a new semi-arcadish and semi-realistic gameplay. Note 1: Requires BF2: SF and BF2 1.5 Note 2: Don't download with Desura! Note 3: Geometries and Textures MUST be set to High!

If the Beta is crashing my game on lowest settings, and the highest settings are exploding my graphics card, you're going to make my laptop into a fricking dirty bomb.

Why, is your laptop powered by a nuclear reactor?

The terrain graphics looks far better than the game itself. Excellent job Ace.

And yes, Anti-aliasing multiplies any amount of graphics processing needed. My laptop has AMD Quad core A10-4660 (up to 3.2 GHz), 6 GB RAM and Radeon HD 7660+7670 Dual graphics with 2 GB dedicated graphics memory. I can run Battlefield 3 at 1366X768 with every graphics setting set to the maximum level (with no AA) and I get an excellent Framerate while hosting an online server, but as soon as I enable AA (even by X2) things get laggy.

As far as I know, in Anti-aliasing, every pixel on the screen is rendered multiple times for each frame (depending on the AA settings, i.e. X2 or X4), and their average is displayed on the screen, to create a smoother, more realistic appearance.

Some screenies taken while playing without bots.

I turned up the graphic settings to maximum (except for AA) and turned up the graphic card settings from balanced to quality. I've a Intel HD Graphics 2000 card btw.
