What if you made an optional version where all elvish weapons glowed blue? They're technically supposed to right?
Yes, but making them glow blue when a certain type of enemy is nearby (ie. orcs) requires a coding change, which would mean the pack would no longer be intercompatible with people that don't have it.
oh neat this mod will be compatible to people who don't have it? So like multilayer will still function normally even if the other player does not have this mod? How is that possible?
Exactly, yes. From our description:
"The most important feature of this model pack is that it's intercompatible, meaning you can use it online even if your opponent doesn't have it installed. You will not run into any compatibility or out-of-sync issues while running this pack."
As to how it's possible... we'll keep that to ourselves for now. ;)

Not on topic but terrain looks horrible.. is there any mod that fixes this?
The Terrain is fine, but the road texture is indeed low res. Nothing much we can do about it, it's a custom map anyhow ;).
