Update 2nd august: This mod now adds 5 quests, find the strange hunter near the balmora market stall's and find Old Ted in Caldera to start the quests. old Its a small mod, which adds two new npc's with market stalls and some living area to the east side of the balmora river, near the north wall.

Download this if you have version 1.21 and you want to update and get a new quest and dungeon area's. The patch is made so you don't have to repeat my mission's that you have already played.
