CoH Observer Mode is coming!


--...wait but there are already some observer maps in Coh1. So what is the big news here?
Well then let me correct myself : CoH Advanced Observer Mode is here!

-- So what so advanced in this observer mode?
Well these new features:
- Observers can see the enemy units in the FOW. (even Camouflaged units)
- Observers can turn the FoW off for themselfes.
- Observers can switch between the 2 players view.
- Observers can see their all current resources and rates.
- All allied and enemy units are added to observer players control groups (1 and 2)
- A Manpower Lost Tracker monitors manpower lost which calculates single entity reinforce cost, full squad costs, buildings lost etc. for both players.
- An option to see current Army Value (in manpower)
- XP kickers upon unit deaths (the default Green for enemy units and Red for allied units)
- Commander choice can be seen for the observers.
- Observers can see Units being produced in buildings.
- Upgrade Event cues for observers
- Observers can zoom out the camera up to 52 meters (game default is 42 meter)
- Observers have Minimap notifications of unit engagements.
- Observer Mode will be available to these maps: Angoville(2p), Semois(2p), Langres(2p) and Bayeux(2p).
- It is available in B-Mod 1.04 version.

General
:
- Bayeux(2p) have been added.
- Bayeux(2p) have now has Relic-style tactical map.
- Artillery and Sniper Antispam have been removed.
- Kill Tracker have been removed.
- Snipers are easier to detect if not in cover (No cover: +7m, negative cover: +15m
additional detection radius for all units (it IS cumulative with base detection radius of units)
- A Fatal AI error have been fixed.
- Timer UI updated. (New Icon)
- Fixed Lufftwaffe repair rate being slightly lower than it should be.
- Fixed Commonwealth Artillery recharge times.
- VP Quickmatch vp bug fixed. (reverted back to default vp ticker rate)
- Tooltips description have been extended (what bonuses and uses ablities/upgrades give)
- Medic station minimap icon is now smaller
- A fix for unresponsive recaptured heavy weapon teams.

US
- Increased Bazooka accuracy vs heavy tanks.
- Bazooka and Recoiless Rifle chance to randomly collide with cover have been removed.
- Raid capture range increased from 5 to 10m.
- Raid capture speed increased from 1 to 1.5.
- Pershing gun HVAP bonuses and penalties are the same as the regular Shermans (AoE splash
radius stays at 5 meter, AoE damage gets reduced slightly)
- Mortar default attack's scatter reduced to 4 meters from 10 (Barrage unaffected)
- 105mm Howitzer barrage ability recharge time increased from 85 to 105 seconds.
- 105mm Howitzer barrage ability improves with veterancy levels (recharge time decreases by
10 seconds per veterancy level)
- 105mm Howitzer barrage scatter reduced by 50% on visible areas and increased by 50% in
area covered in the Fog of War.

Commonweath
- Fixed suppressed state weapon cooldown penalty ignoring wind down time of certain small
arms.
- Vet 3 LT's and/or Captains no longer decrease experience gain for non-vet 3 LT's and/or
Captain.
- Mortar default attack's scatter reduced to 4 meters from 10 (Barrage unaffected)
- Creeping Barrage, Priest, Overwatch and Counter Battery commander tree upgrades which
increase all enemy artillery units barrage cooldown have been increased from 8 to 10
seconds per upgrade.
- 25 pounder and Priest barrage scatter reduced by 50% on visible areas and increased by
50% in area covered in the Fog of War.

Panzer Elite
- Fixed suppressed state weapon cooldown penalty ignoring wind down time of certain small
arms.
- Panzerschrek chance to randomly collide with cover have been removed.
- Bergetiger population reduced from 8 to 3.
- G43 short cd multiplier from 0.75 to 1.
- Small arms rear penetration multiplier against PE Light Vehicles increased from 1x to 2x
(ketten and schwimm excluded).
- Small arms penetration multiplier reduced from 0.4 to 0.35 against PE Light Vehicles.
- PE Vehicle Offensive veterency also increases maximum speed by 15%.
- Mortar default attack's scatter reduced to 4 meters from 10 (Barrage unaffected)
- Tank Awareness and Vampire Extended Vision now shows unit models in FoW.
- Units that can camouflage are excluded from Extended Vision while camouflage is active.
- Hummel barrage ability recharge time increased from 90 to 105 seconds.
- Hotchkiss Stuka barrage ability recharge time increased from 90 to 105 seconds.
- Hummel and Stuka barrage scatter reduced by half on visible areas and increased twice in
area covered in the Fog of War.

Wehrmacht
- Fixed suppressed state weapon cooldown penalty ignoring wind down time of certain small
arms.
- Panzerschrek chance to randomly collide with cover have been removed.
- Mortar default attack's scatter reduced to 4 meters from 10 (Barrage unaffected)
- Stuka barrage ability recharge time increased from 90 to 105 seconds.
- Nebelwerfer barrage ability recharge time increased from 90 to 105 seconds.
- Stuka barrage scatter reduced by 50% on visible areas and increased by 50% in area
covered in the Fog of War.
