'AVP' Means Aliens V Players
I have a quite well known history in Sven Coop, with sc_avp's 9 maps (And of February 2006 a 10th map).

What is SC_AVP?
SC_AVP is a 10-map campaign for Sven coop, where you battle it out against aliens, and the militia on a planet other then earth. The maps traverse from warehouses, to a subway system, part of a hotel, a jungle, and at the end a sprawling science lab, and train depot.

What is AVP For Source?
AVP for Source is my conversion of the AVP Level's into a single player mod for Half Life 2.
The goal is to chase after a mad scientist, who has been doing genetic testing on you. The testing has caused you to have hallucinations, and black outs, at unknown times. The thing is however, that you are being controlled - and you find out by whom in the final battle.

Aliens vs Players mod has no relation to the actual Aliens vs. Predator game/movie franchise, besides the shared acronym. If you have played SC_AVP, you'll get my point. Correct me if I'm wrong, I am merely speaking from my memory.

*Sigh*. He changed "Predator" to "Players" to better suit the mod theme, and maybe even for fun. Don't take it so seriously man, I am a fan of the AvP franchise myself.
i can tell this is going to be interesting.
the facehuggers in avp 2 didnt really look like facehuggers
when they where running at you they did but when they clung on your face all you seen was a grey patch with a pipe moving.
can you put more detail into this so it looks like a real facehug so you see it like you did in the movies like.
Sorry Alien_Firefox, this mod has no relation to the real Alien vs. Predator franchise, besides having the same acronym. The "pipe" you see when you get face hugged is apparently a "shaft" from where the bug comes out and injects into your body.
