Not trying to be harsh but it looks horrid
No your right that was not harsh, the video I felt was a little on the long side, maybe you could have removed some of the middle. Other then that you have peeked my interest.
I wouldn't say horrid by any means. Not the most visually pleasing either, but it looks like it could be pretty fun.
While it is a Crysis mod and all Crysis mods supposedly are required to have great visuals, I'd rather have good gameplay over GPU crippling graphics. I'll try it out before I say something like "it looks horrid." And as Kageh said, it does look like it could be pretty fun.
just tried it. Greatjob on the weapons feedback and FX. Personally I think developers of shooters don't pay nearly enough attention to the actual shooting aspect. Shooting should be fun and as addictive as possible just pulling the trigger. Impact sounds (particulalry when striking an NPC....it should have a meaty and satisfying sound), reaction FX and the like all add up to making you feel like you have something powerful in your hands, not just a pea-shooter.
Obviously you guys have quite a ways to go but getting the basics down like this is what will make the game shine later on.
wow
the map seems a bit empty and boring.. But aside from that it seems to be a fantastic shooter!
I'll track it now and download it when more maps (high quality maps) coming out.
greetings 23-down
what song is that in the background?
Not bad guys, I just tested it myself and say its going to shine when complete!
