Thank you, and my apologies for the late reply. I have been swamped in work lately and I will be travelling soon, but I will attempt to keep this page somewhat updated. As for the way the character reaches Artaeum: I will not give away too much, but Artaeum is not the kind of place you 'get to', rather than 'ending up' there. The Psijics are in full control of who may set foot on their island, and how. Any attempt to find the island without their specific permission would more than likely result in a ship futily inspecting a vast expanse of empty ocean.
This mod looks more than interesting. When you need some testing let me know, I'm still playing the game.
Have you throught how your character is going to get to the island?
It wouldn't be a bad idea to build a bigger ship (bigger than the ones seen in oblivion) that sets sail from Anvil coast.
