Here is it's entirety....

Our team would like to share the important news, both for the community, and for the fashion and the project itself.
Today, we finally open access to our new and public PvP \ PvE servers.
We already have the main test site on the basis of the RP, where it is long and hard to get, unfortunately for the RP game, it is these methods that are needed otherwise, this game will not work.

But taking into account the increased interest of a fairly large community, which is more than the number of those who can afford to wait for the opportunity to get to the RP, we decided to listen to the fans of our project and open public servers where anyone can go, whoever has only a subscription to our mod in Steam.

The total number of servers will be 2, one for our Russian-speaking community, and the second one will be created specifically for English-speaking players, both will have the corresponding Russian and English-speaking administration.
Remember, though this is a PvP server and everyone is free to play as he pleases, but even here, you have the opportunity to collect artifacts, hunt mutants, go on trips, explore the Zone, communicate with other friendly stalkers and learn to do it all, Remaining alive in the face of increased danger.

Pay attention to the choice of your faction, because after joining to one of the parties, it will be already problematic to change over for another.

Also, do not forget that everything you can see at the moment is just a test site that was created partly to test its innovations by developers and partly, for our community, that it could pass the time, in anticipation of the release version of the mod and project , ArmStalker Online.

And already in the release version, there will be a plot, quests, the work on mutants, new anomalies and their impact, the map of the ChZO in 480 sq.km. and many many others.

Also, do not forget, in case you have any questions, you can always write in the community of Role Players on Facebook and get the answer in the shortest possible time.

Im very happy to hear this ! I am wondering if it would be possible to represent properly at least faction wars within the mod ? Maybe , for the beginning , one SP mission could be based only on that - freeroam and faction wars , several optional tasks ( similar to CoC mod ) . Considering you are using ARMA III engine , the platform is great to build upon for faction wars exactly . I assume that any "story mode" would need to be separated actually as SP missions in a sort of , "episodes" , correct ?

If the team goes to represent faction wars , then they could even introduce some heavier weapons and equipment within the Zone , as the engine fully permits it to be represented in proper way - but I think some players would see it as breaking the lore . However , the option would be there .

I think that maybe mutants could work on principle of spawning in "wilderness" area - so , the populated and urban centers would be reserved for factions themselves . The mutants would roam and could potentially make bigger hordes - essentially invading populated areas from time to time . I would assume , some specific mutants ( like Bloodsucker ) would invade populated areas much more often , as it is within their lore ( stealthy killers ) .

The factions would spawn squads of various quality in the predetermined bases . Something similar as Warfare mod for CoC . The map would need to have various strategic points , that when captured , would give a bonus to the faction that captured . Possibly there could be 2-3 , or more main "resources" that factions would use - example : manpower , supplies ... maybe some rare resource like "tech" that would determine access to higher and highest tier squads . Every point would have various periods of time that is needed to be captured , would have the above mentioned value of points in manpower or resources when captured . Some points would only have resource , but not manpower , those that have manpower - some of them could serve as spawn points . Example : there could be various sizes of points like "Main HQ" , "Base" , "Outpost" , "Camp" etc . Some points could be unique and would bring special benefits .

I am just mainly wondering what are the possibilities and what are the limitations regarding the SP missions .

If you want an Idea what is possible - and the kinds of missions people can make, look for Horizon: Fallout Zone in the steam workshop. There is a lot that can be done - but the team is not going to be doing any SP mission making themselves. It's a feature they are adding... we have to make the missions.

Pretty sure they got you bud. Satellite Accurate CEZ 400+km2 Chernobyl, Pripyat, Duga, Krug, and many many many other locations that are both predecessors of the design for Stalker, And some that are New, that the team are designing themselves using the same assets. They have ported what looks to be all of the trees and bushes from Stalker - for example - so that the look and feel is correct. I feel certain the team will include both of these locations.

Oh yeah Arma is difficult - but the team have had very good progress making the environment dark. I'll try to add the demonstration video again for you. This is something that you guys can confirm in the FAQ.
