After the Victory of the Spanish Armada in 1588 against England, Spain ruled with full force in the Americas. In this alternate history mod, Spain has won the battle of the Spanish Armada and England was navaly invaded by the Spanish and was quickly restored as a Catholic monarchy. Starting political map of North America. Florida is a former Spanish colony which is now independent. Vinland is a former Swedish colony and Quebec is an expanded former French colony. Calvinists have fled Europe and have established the Calvinist free state as well.
