Okay, first of all, this mod isn't dead. It's still in (fairly) active development. In fact, the first eleven maps just went to internal beta and most of the testers have had few issues in getting it up and running. I will look over the installer I wrote to see what went wrong for the others.
Secondly, some of the maps will have to be reworked quite a bit, due to a newly-arising issue outlined here. This is very unfortunate, but beyond my control.
Lastly, I mentioned in a previous post that recompiling humanoid models results in disgustingly misaligned textures. I recently discovered that Portal 2 also doesn't like WAV files with phoneme data in them, so I'm changing the monitors on which the character appears to prerendered textures, recorded from the Orange Box Engine. I'm sure that this is a welcome move, but actually doing it is proving to be more than its fair share of trouble. Don't worry, though, it WILL get done.
