I am glad that next patch will be the first culture rework, i was hoping Balkans would come first, cause they are in the most need of a rework. But I understand that Latins comes first, since it's the anniversary of the mod original name.
Out of curiosity how come Bolivia was never added? Is it because of the Peru-Bolivian Confederation?
