Standalone 1.2 - For AoE3 with The Warchiefs and The Asian Dynasties expansions.
- Buildings and Naval units are no longer limited to a certain number - now you can build as many
outposts you want and maintain a fleet as large as your population and resources allow.
- Buildings are now twice as resilient in order to boost a defensive approach. This also reduces the
pace of the game a bit and allows for longer matches.
- Forts and Factories are now buildable given the player has reached the required era.
- The population certain units need is now determined by the unit-type. Infantry costs 1, cavalry 2,
artillery 4 and mercenary units twice as much population now (minor exceptions e.g. hand mortar).
- Corpses now take a longer time (300s) to decay which makes for much more atmospheric battles.
- Artillery has been reworked. Mortars and Morutarus are no longer restricted to attacking buildings/ships
and European civilizations can build Gatling Guns starting in the Industrial Age. Most Artillery has
a minimum attack-range now in order to improve melee counters.
Doesn't work on Steam version. :(
Actually I'm using the Steam Version of the game ;)
Make sure that you play either "The Complete Collection" or "The Warchiefs" and that you copied the files from the download to: Steam\steamapps\common\Age Of Empires 3 - overwrite if asked.
A version for "The Asian Dynasties" is on the way.
I have found the solution - you have to delete proto.xml.XMB and protox.xml.XMB. You should put that in the ReadMe. :)
That's odd cause it works fine on my PC without deleting anything. I will put a note in the ReadMe of the next version, thanks for telling me.

In the next version puts " Fort Walls" , so it is more nice, and the rest think okay because I already have this version , and only lack the same " Fort Wall" ... Do not forget to put this in the next version if please. I am portuguese so sorry for my english.

Copied the bin folder, overwrote everything, tried both war chiefs and the complete edition and I see no changes. What did I do wrong? :/ Tried deleting Proto and Protox aswell. Cheers!
The mod was updated to work with "The Asian Dynasties". Right now it doesn't work with other versions, as it's simply too much work to update the mod for Vanilla and Warchiefs as well.
It is mentioned in the ReadMe though.

It's weird as this patch mod only works for me in Asian Dynasties, but not in Complete or War Chiefs. Any ideas? I know because the dead on the ground stay 300s.
