A STALKER Anomaly mod aims to port many popular (story) mods into Anomaly's X-ray 'Monolith' engine and new locations to base anomaly story mode.
This version has removed all the additional mods in the original modpack, contain only the story mod, in order to ensure the best compatibility, saving storage and less download time.

it appears to not have any translation ? too bad
There is a english translation, but its very very bad. Its just copy paste from a translator.
I made a complete german translation for anthology but i cant get it to run. I think there are problems with the engine. Have to figure this out first.
I did Czech translate and everything works good even with our symbols. Try use XML validator or check if you have set good encoding on start of every file and save it with your encoding in VS studio ) Btw on official Anomaly discord in "Addon releases"

There seems to be a little bit of hype on this mod in other forums. It does look interesting. Sorta like a fine tuned Stalker Soup.
