In the 1950's the U.S. government wanted to assure that people could be good parents to their future children. It became law that you had to take a 50 question test to see if you were aloud to have children. After a year of that test an inventor named Marcus Moore created the "Interactive Computer Processing Test of Parental Skills". Someone added a virus. It all went down hill.
There are some ideas floating around, should the MOD be toon, should it be normal HL2 graphics or should it be black and white? Here are some Toon graphics me and my friend made.
